We want you to love your apron. If it doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 1 business day of receiving your order.

You can choose from the following options:

  • Store credit or Exchange or Refund to your original payment method

Important Return Conditions:

  • Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed, with no visible signs of use

  • All return requests must be initiated via email at hello@chefandcocanada.ca with a reason for the return

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 50% restocking fee. No returns on final sale items.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card

Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange your apron, you will be responsible for:

  1. The return shipping cost to send the original item back

  2. The shipping cost for the replacement item and difference in fees if the pricing is not of equal price

Please note that discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
